House Guide for Guests


!最初に必ず読む3つ3 Things to Read First

  1. ご宿泊は最大4名まで。5名以上での宿泊はできません（超過時は追加請求）。
  2. 駐車は指定区画「30番」のみ。他の場所への駐車は固くお断りします。
  3. 破損・汚損（嘔吐・出血跡など通常清掃で取れない汚れ）が発生した場合は、すぐにオーナーへご連絡ください。実費をご請求する場合があります。
  1. Maximum 4 guests. Staying with 5 or more people is not permitted (extra charges apply if exceeded).
  2. Parking is only in space No.30. Parking anywhere else is strictly prohibited.
  3. If any damage or serious stain occurs (vomit, blood, etc. that regular cleaning cannot remove), please contact the owner immediately. Actual repair costs may be charged.

1チェックイン（16:00〜）Check-in (from 16:00)

建物には入口が2つあります。飲食店側ではなく、駐車場側の入口がMORIOKA HUBです。玄関先の看板を目印にしてください。

The building has two entrances. MORIOKA HUB is the entrance on the parking lot side, not the restaurant side. Look for the sign at the entrance.

玄関の黒い正方形パネルにタッチし、事前送付の暗証番号を入力して✓（チェックマーク）を押します。緑の点滅＝解錠成功。オレンジ点滅の場合は番号を確認してもう一度お試しください。

Touch the black square panel at the entrance, enter the code sent to you in advance, then press ✓. Green blink = unlocked successfully. If it blinks orange, please check the code and try again.

玄関を開けたらまず下駄箱で靴を脱いでください（土足禁止）。4人分のスリッパをご用意しています。

Once inside, please remove your shoes at the shoe cabinet (no shoes indoors). Slippers for 4 guests are provided.

階段を上がった突き当たりのタブレットで、事前チェックインがお済みでない方はここで手続きしてください。手続き完了後にWi-Fiパスワードが表示されます。

At the top of the stairs, use the tablet to complete check-in if you haven’t done so already. The Wi-Fi password appears once check-in is complete.

2お部屋の設備Room Highlights

寝室のシングルベッド・スモールベッド2台に加え、リビングのソファベッドで4人目も専用ベッドで眠れます。ソファベッド用の枕・リネンはケース内に収納しています。

In addition to the single bed and two small beds in the bedroom, the sofa bed in the living room gives the 4th guest their own bed too. Pillows and linen for the sofa bed are stored in the case.

ジャパンディスタイルの内装、岩手の古道具、オーナー自作の流木照明・鹿の角照明、急須と湯呑みなど、盛岡の暮らしの道具に囲まれてお過ごしください。

Enjoy your stay surrounded by Japandi-style interiors, antique tools from Iwate, driftwood and deer-antler lamps handmade by the owner, and a teapot set for tea time.

3チェックアウト（〜10:00）Check-out (by 10:00)

  1. フェイスタオル・バスタオルを脱衣所のランドリーかごへ（シーツ等のリネン類はそのままで結構です）。
  2. 下駄箱にスリッパを戻し、忘れ物をご確認ください。
  3. ゴミを2分別（①燃えるゴミ ②プラスチック・ペットボトル・鉄くず）して室内に残していただければ回収いたします。
  4. エアコン・照明を消してください。
  5. 玄関は自動施錠ではありません。内側の黒い長方形パネルにタッチ→「✓」を押し、施錠されたことを必ず確認してから退出してください。
  6. 可能であれば、タブレットでのチェックアウト手続きにもご協力ください。
  1. Put face towels and bath towels in the laundry basket in the changing room (bed sheets can stay as they are).
  2. Return slippers to the shoe cabinet and check for forgotten items.
  3. Sort trash into 2 categories (① burnable ② plastic / PET bottles / metal) and leave it in the room — we will collect it.
  4. Turn off the air conditioner and lights.
  5. The entrance does NOT lock automatically. Touch the black rectangular panel inside → press “✓” and confirm it is locked before you leave.
  6. If possible, please also complete check-out on the tablet.

Actual repair cost is charged for damage or stains beyond normal cleaning. Please contact us as soon as it happens.
備品の持ち出し Removing amenities ドライヤー等の備品の持ち去りは禁止。発覚時は実費請求します。
Taking amenities (e.g. hair dryer) is not allowed. Charges will apply if found.
防犯カメラ Security Camera 玄関先のみ屋外カメラを設置。室内は一切撮影していません。
An outdoor camera covers only the entrance. There is no camera inside the room.

5困ったときは（FAQ）Troubleshooting (FAQ)

Wi-Fiにつながらない Wi-Fi won’t connect

パスワードはタブレットでのチェックイン完了後に表示されます。表示が消えてしまった場合は下記の緊急連絡先までご連絡ください。

The password appears after completing check-in on the tablet. If you missed it, please call the emergency number below.

玄関の鍵（RemoteLock）が反応しない The entrance lock (RemoteLock) doesn’t respond

パネルに軽くタッチしてから番号を入力し、最後に必ず✓を押してください。オレンジ点滅は暗証番号の誤りです。改善しない場合はすぐにお電話ください。

Lightly touch the panel first, then enter the code, and always finish by pressing ✓. Orange blinking means the code was incorrect. If it still doesn’t work, please call us right away.

エアコンが効かない・寒い/暑い The air conditioner isn’t working well / too cold or hot

エアコンが冷暖房を兼ねています。リモコンの運転モードをご確認のうえ、改善しない場合はご連絡ください。

The air conditioner also serves as the heater. Please check the mode on the remote, and contact us if the issue continues.

忘れ物をした I forgot something

盛岡市宿泊税として、2026年10月1日ご宿泊分よりお一人様1泊¥200を頂戴いたします（市への預り金です）。

From stays on or after October 1, 2026, a Morioka City accommodation tax of ¥200 per person per night applies (collected on behalf of the city).
